The Kyiv School of Economics invites all interested students to apply to its full-time world class graduate programs in Economic Analysis and Business Economics taught in English by globally trained PhD faculty and experienced practitioners. The deadline for applications is June 24, 2013.

The Spring 2013 round of the economics research competition resulted in 95 new research proposals, involving 165 participants from 11 CIS countries and 54 cities. The deadline was April 12, 2013.
Competitions

Regular competitions and ad hoc research tenders are held to build analytical capacities and support research on topics of relevance to current policy concerns in the CIS. The “Competitions” page contains detailed information on all new calls for proposals and ongoing competitions, as well as real-time information on the review status of all submitted projects. The competitions are held twice a year.

 

The goal of the competitions is to support policy-relevant research conducted by CIS-based scholars. This page contains information on new calls for proposals, includings links to application documents, and on-line application mechanism.

Grants up to $12,000 are expected to be awarded to CIS-based scholars – individual researchers or small research teams (up to 3 persons) for up to 18 months. Grant size depends on the number participants and specific budget requirements of the project. Junior researchers and researchers based in the periphery may be awarded "development" grants of up to $2,000, and training opportunities in the framework of EERC Research Development Program.


RESEARCH GRANT COMPETITION - SPRING 2013 ROUND

Acceptance of the applications for the Spring 2013 round of the economics research competition is over. Total 95 applications has been received during this round. Next round of the competition is planned on fall with preliminary deadline October 12, 2013.
